A first feel for this place
L'Alcúdia sits in the Ribera Alta south of Valencia city and feels like a proper service town rather than a small village on the plain. The orchards around it matter, but so do the schools, local trade and the easy road and rail links that keep everyday life moving. Buyers often look here when they want the Ribera to feel practical and settled, with more structure than the smaller neighbouring towns. Compared with beach towns farther east, it is less seasonal from the start. Compared with tiny plain villages, it gives buyers much more to build daily life around.
