A short, practical choice
CasaViva Costa uses necessary storage to keep the website secure and provide features you request. Optional preferences and external maps remain off unless you choose to allow them.
Login, forms, language, consent choices, saved homes, and an assistant session after you open it.
These can be accepted together, enabled separately, refused, or switched off later.
Accepting optional storage is not required to browse properties or contact CasaViva Costa. “Only necessary” and “Accept all” are offered at the same level. Your choice is remembered for 12 months unless you change it sooner.
What this website currently stores
This is the shared inventory used by the website and the privacy controls. It is reviewed when a feature, provider, name, or duration changes.

CasaViva Costa does not intentionally deploy a third-party advertising or cross-site tracking layer. Ordinary server security, delivery, and access logs are not browser cookies and follow the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
External maps and links
Interactive map code and tiles are loaded only when you allow external maps or explicitly activate a map. MapLibre-compatible delivery services may then receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies.
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or another external website do not load that platform inside CasaViva Costa merely because the link is visible. Once you follow a link, the destination service applies its own privacy and storage rules.
Change or withdraw your choice
Open privacy settings at any time to change optional categories. Withdrawing a category removes the related CasaViva Costa preference where technically possible and prevents that optional feature from loading again. It does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You can also remove cookies and site data in your browser. Deleting necessary session data may sign you out, clear unsaved preferences, or interrupt a form or requested feature.
