These terms apply when you use casavivacosta.com, including property and project pages, search, saved homes, alerts, accounts, forms, calculators, guides, brochures, and the digital assistant.

Browsing or sending a request does not by itself create a brokerage mandate, reservation, purchase, sale, rental, deposit, financing agreement, or professional-advice relationship. A binding commitment exists only when the relevant parties expressly complete the required process and documentation.

Property information may come from owners, developers, authorised feeds, agents, public sources, or professional partners. CasaViva Costa works to keep it coherent and current, but prices, availability, measurements, images, plans, completion dates, taxes, charges, and included features can change or contain source errors.

A listing, project page, brochure, map position, recommendation, or assistant result is not a binding offer. Material facts must be checked against current source documents and the legal, registry, planning, technical, financial, and tax review appropriate to the transaction before signature.

Mortgage and tax tools use the information and assumptions shown with the result. They provide an indicative scenario, not a bank offer, tax return, valuation, or personalised legal, tax, or financial opinion. Rates, eligibility, residency, deductions, exemptions, regional rules, and transaction facts can change the result.

The assistant may explain content, search available inventory, use site calculators, save preferences, prepare an enquiry, or route a conversation to a person. An action with a real effect remains subject to normal permissions, validation, and confirmation. Important decisions and documents require human and professional verification.

CasaViva Costa may pause a feature or account where needed to protect a user, the service, or a transaction from abuse, fraud, technical failure, or unlawful activity. Where appropriate, access can be restored after verification.

Do not misuse forms or the assistant, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with operation, or perform abusive scraping or bulk extraction. Reasonable personal use of search, comparison, sharing, and saved-home features is welcome.

CasaViva Costa branding, original text, interface, structure, and owned media are protected. Third-party property media and source material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. No content may be commercially reproduced or redistributed without the relevant permission, except where law expressly permits it.

CasaViva Costa takes reasonable measures to keep the website secure, available, and useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every external feed, link, map, email, or provider will always be available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
