A first feel for this place
Aldaia sits on the southwest side of Valencia city and feels first and foremost like a working residential town. It is less defined by image than by how easy it is to use from day to day, which is often what draws buyers here. The town has a settled local base, strong service links and an ordinary rhythm that makes full-time living easy to picture. Compared with central Valencia, it feels less dense and less expensive; compared with the inland villages, it is much more connected. That middle ground is where its value usually becomes clear.
