A first feel for this place
Canet d’En Berenguer sits on the coast north of Valencia city and is one of the province’s clearest beach-focused residential choices. It is close to Sagunto, but it feels much more about the seafront, the promenade and a cleaner holiday-home rhythm than about industry or big-town routine. Buyers often come here when they want the beach genuinely close at hand, with a calmer and more residential feel than some of the larger coastal names farther south. It can feel quieter and more self-contained than Sagunto, while still keeping everyday services within easy reach.
