First impression of Gandia
Gandia sits on the La Safor coast south of Valencia city and gives buyers a fuller mix than many coastal places in the province. The beach is a real draw, but Gandia also has a working city centre, a stronger year-round population and the Borja historic legacy that gives the place more depth than a purely seasonal resort. That makes it easier to picture daily life here. Buyers often come to Gandia when they want the sea close by, but also want schools, shops, services and a town that keeps moving outside the summer months. It feels more complete than many smaller beach locations nearby.
