Jávea / Xàbia sits between the Montgó and the sea, and that setting shapes the whole feel of the place. It is one of the better-known markets on the north Costa Blanca, but it still feels more spread out and more residential than a dense coastal town. Buyers often choose Jávea when they want the coast, but prefer more space, villas and a calmer rhythm than they would find in Dénia or Benidorm.
