A first feel for this place
Montesinos (Los Montesinos) sits just inland from Torrevieja, between the Vega Baja plain and the salt lake landscape, and it often appeals to buyers who want the south Costa Blanca to feel simpler and more residential. It is smaller and easier to read than Torrevieja, but it is also more obviously a working year-round town than some of the spread-out residential zones nearby. Buyers usually come here when they want daily services close by and the coast within easy reach, without living right in the busier coastal strip.
