Oliva

Oliva sits at the southern end of Valencia province, where the coast begins to feel a little less metropolitan and a little more spread out. The old town, the long beach and the flat agricultural land behind it give Oliva a wider living range than many places of similar size. Buyers often choose it because it feels less hurried than Gandia, but more established than a small coastal village. There is a stronger local rhythm here, especially away from the beachfront, and that helps many people imagine year-round life rather than only summer use. It is a coastal choice, but not a lightweight one.
