First impression of Polop

Polop works differently from the smaller inland Marina Baixa villages because it has become a stronger residential market in its own right. Buyers often choose it when they want villas, townhouses and coast access, but do not want the density of Benidorm or the seafront feel of Altea. Compared with Callosa d'en Sarria, it feels more residential. Compared with Xirles, it has a much broader daily-life offer.
