A first feel for this place
San Fulgencio sits just inland from the coast in southern Alicante and is best known to many buyers for its large residential areas rather than for a compact traditional centre. That gives it a different feel from the farming towns deeper into the Vega Baja. Buyers usually come here when they want an established international environment, practical access to Guardamar and the beach, and a home base that feels more residential than urban. Compared with Los Montesinos, it is more spread out. Compared with Torrevieja, it is much calmer.
