A first feel for this place
Tibi sits inland from Alicante on the route toward Ibi and Castalla, and it feels more like a working inland town than a residential extension of the coast. The reservoir and foothill setting give it a recognisable backdrop, but the real appeal is often practical: more room, a steadier local rhythm and workable access to larger inland and coastal centres. Compared with Aigues, it is less coastal in feel. Compared with Torremanzanas, it is easier to use as a year-round base.
