A first feel for this place
Finestrat is one of the places in northern Alicante where the village and the wider residential area create two quite different ways of living. The Puig Campana backdrop gives the municipality a strong identity, while the coastal side keeps Benidorm and the sea close at hand. Buyers often look here when they want more space and more modern residential stock than in the older coastal towns, but without moving too far inland. It feels more mixed and more flexible than many places nearby.
