1. Scope

These terms govern the use of casavivacosta.com and the features offered by CasaViva Costa, including property and project pages, contact and enquiry forms, alerts, saved items, user accounts, seller enquiries, newsletter tools, calculators, and the digital assistant.

2. Informational and non-binding nature of the site

The website serves informational, commercial, and operational purposes. Use of the site does not, by itself, create a real-estate brokerage agreement, legal, tax, or financial advice relationship, reservation, deposit, sale, rental, or professional engagement.

Listings, project pages, guides, and operational responses on the site are not binding offers and do not replace the legal, registry, planning, technical, tax, or financial verification that should be completed before signing.

3. Calculators, guides, and digital assistant

Mortgage calculators, tax tools, simulations, market guides, and the digital assistant provide informational and indicative support only. They do not amount to a binding financing offer or to individualised legal, tax, or financial advice.

You must verify outputs against the applicable documentation and, where relevant, with your lender, adviser, or legal representative. CasaViva Costa does not make solely automated decisions producing legal effects on the basis of these tools.

• Scraping, bulk extraction, abusive automation, unauthorised access attempts, and interference with site security are prohibited.
• Unlawful, abusive, misleading, or impersonating messages must not be sent through forms, accounts, email, or the assistant.
• CasaViva Costa may block access or accounts where abuse, security risk, or breach of these conditions is detected.

6. Intellectual property, third-party links, and liability

The texts, structure, branding, design, photographs, and site materials are protected by applicable law. Unless express permission is granted, they may not be reproduced, reused, or exploited beyond legally permitted uses.

CasaViva Costa may link to third parties or allow access to external services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, or Instagram. Each third party operates under its own terms and policies.
